Exchange & Return Policy

BRIDGET WHITE Standard Return Policy:
Items purchased on BRIDGETWHITE.US and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to BRIDGET WHITE for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (BRIDGET WHITE box and/or pouch). Please email hello@bridgetwhite.us for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from bridgetwhite.us.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Items marked Special Order may not be returned. Custom script orders may not be returned.

BRIDGET WHITE does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

International Shipments - Orders Shipped Outside Of The United States

BRIDGET WHITE does not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. All purchases shipped outside of the United States are Final Sale. Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes and must contact the shipping company to pay these fees. Bridget White only charges for international shipping fees at checkout. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
